Khatri International Inc. has completed design of a 1,300 square foot hillside residential addition comprising a guest house that is to be built on 20 foot deep piles. The design utilizes an innovative floor plan design with elevations developed by Alex Chavdarov, Architect Designer with Khatri International Inc. The construction utilizes a unique new concept of pipe piles that are driven using a “screw anchor” concept developed by AB Chance Anchor Company. This is a patented system that allows a builder to save thousands of dollars in pile foundation systems. The estimated cost savings on this project is projected to be at least $80,000. The estimated valuation of this project is $200,000.
